Quality Control — Full System
Chengguang's quality control system is built on IATF 16949:2016 — the international quality management standard specific to automotive manufacturing. It is not a paper certification. It is audited annually by an independent certification body and embedded in every production step.

Pre-Shipment Documentation
Every shipment includes: - Certificate of Analysis — CCA, capacity, voltage per production batch - MSDS — UN 2794 / Class 8 dangerous goods - Batch traceability report — raw material lots to finished product - Packing list — pallet-level detail - Certificate of Origin — for import duty purposes
Third-Party Inspection
Available on request: SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your nominated inspection agency. Third-party inspectors are welcome at our factory for pre-shipment verification.
