Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Q: How long does OEM production take?
Samples: 3-4 weeks. Mass production: 4-8 weeks after sample approval. Shipping: 2-6 weeks depending on destination.
Q: Can I mix battery models in one container?
Yes. Standard practice — mix SLI, heavy duty, JIS, and DIN models in one shipment.
Q: What certifications do you have?
IATF 16949 (automotive quality), ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 45001 (health & safety), CE marking (EU compliance).
Customization
Q: Can I use my own battery case color?
Yes. Custom case colors available for production orders of 2,000+ units per model.
Q: Can you match competitor specifications?
Yes. Send us a competitor battery specification and we will propose an equivalent from our range or develop a custom match.
Q: What label customization options are available?
Your brand logo, colors, layout, multi-language text, QR codes, hologram security labels, regulatory markings.
Payment & Shipping
Q: What payment terms do you offer?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). L/C at sight available for established relationships.
Q: Do you handle export documentation?
Yes. Full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CoA, MSDS, DG declaration, and any destination-country specific documents.
Q: Is shipping included in the price?
FOB Tianjin/Xingang is standard. CIF/CFR available on request.
